ATTENTIONS PLEASE, to All and Any Vehicle Owners!

For two whole month (15th September – 14th November), Tan Chong Motor Aftersales Service Centre will be running a special lucky draw campaign.

Total TWENTY (20) lucky winners will be selected to walk away with a Roadside Assistance Tool Kits set (10 winners each month).



All the customer(s) need to do, is just spend a minimum of 800,000LAK before 14th November 2022* to be entitled to participate for the lucky draw of the month. Customer(s) are required to fill up the contest form upon payment to participate.

Lucky draw will conduct via computer random draw on monthly basis to determine the winners and announced on the official Nissan Laos Facebook page.

The good news is, for the first month campaign’s customer(s) who did not win will automatically be add onto the second month lucky draw pool.

Adding more excitement to the campaign, any Nissan owners who owns any other vehicle is also welcome to participate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF “SERVICE & WIN LUCKY DRAW” CAMPAIGN
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This “Service & Win Lucky Draw” (“Contest”) is organized by Tan Chong Motor (Lao) Co., Ltd. (“Organizer”) which shall be held from 15th September 2022 to 14th November 2022 (“Contest Period”) subject to terms and conditions below.
2. This Contest is open to all citizen except for the following persons:
a) The employees of the Organizer (including its subsidiaries and related companies);
b) The Organizer’s authorized dealers, sales promotion agencies and advertising agencies (including its vendors and suppliers who are directly involved with this Contest); and
c) The immediate family members (children, parents, spouses, brothers and sisters) of the persons/entities referred to above.
3. If a participants is found to be ineligible at any points of time during or after this Contest Period, the organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify the said participant and to withdraw and/or cancel any prizes won by the participant. The Organizer also reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary and fit against the said participant and the said participant shall indemnify the Organizer against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of the action taken by the Organizer.
4. By participating in this Contest, the participants have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Contest Conditions including any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions as may be amended from time to time, and the decision of the Organizer shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, enquiries, challenge, discussion, appeals or objections in respect of any decision made by the Organizer will be entertained.

CONTEST MECHANICS & SUBMISSION OF CONTEST ENTRIES
5. To participate in this Contest, the participants shall be within the contest period:-
i) Service with minimum spend of 800,000LAK in a single receipt at Organiser’s authorized workshop;
ii) Fill up the contest form upon payment ("Contest Form");
iii) Submit the duly completed Contest Form together with a copy of service receipt to Organizer's authorized workshop. Any submission of the Contest Form after the Contest Period will not be entertained in any way.
6. Each of the participants shall be entitled to submit only one (1) Contest Form for each vehicle serviced during the Contest Period. Multiple entries are permitted.

WINNER SELECTION, PRIZE & REDEMPTION
7. The Contest entry is eligible to participate in one (1) draws of the respective period (one draw each month) as follow:-
a. Contest entry : (i) 15th September – 14th October 2022 (“First Month”), (ii) 15th October – 14th November 2022 ("Second Month")
b. Ten (10) Winners will be announced within 21 days after every entry period ended.
c. The Winners will be selected from the participants who have service with minimum spend of 800,000LAK during the entry period and submitted the Contest Form latest by 14th of October and November 2022 respectively.
d. Participants who have not won any Prizes in the First Month will be eligible for the selection in the Second Month automatically and participants shall be deemed to have agreed with the terms and conditions set out in the second month.
8. There will be a total of twenty (20) Winners for this Contest throughout the Contest Period. Winners will be selected based on the randomly draw by Organizer.
9. Winners will be notified via telephone at the number as provided in the Contest Form and announce through social media that included Facebook and Instagram.
10. The Organizers shall not responsible for any inaccurate and/or incomplete details provided by the Winner in the Contest Form and shall not be held any liable in the event that (i) the Winner fails to verify his/her identity for whatever reason and/or (ii) the Winner cannot be contacted for whatever reason.
11. The Prizes will be presented to the Winners in person at the end of the Contest period at a location to be notified by the Organizer. Winners must produce their original Identification Card/Passport and official winner announcement letter issued by Organizer for verification when claiming the Prizes.
12. Failure by the winner to claim the Prize within thirty (30) days from date of announcement will result in the forfeiture of the prize without prior notice to the winner and shall not be liable for any compensation to the Winners.
13. The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any breach of quality or warranty of the Prizes or any other terms and conditions in respect thereof.
14. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute the Prizes with another prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice to the participants. All Prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/discount value or for any other prizes.

OTHER TERM & CONDITIONS
15. By entering the Contest, the Participants agree and give consent for the Organizer to use the personal data, photographs and/or testimonial provided by the Participants for the purpose of the publicity, promotional and marketing by the Organizer in future, without further compensation and/or prior notice. All details shared by the Participants will be handled by Organizer in accordance with the Law of Lao PDR.
16. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions, alter or terminate the Contest or any part thereof without giving prior notice or reasons and without compensation in cash, credit or in kind shall be given. Variation(s) of the Terms and Conditions may be communicated to the Participants through modes of communication deemed suitable by the Organizer.
17. This Terms and Conditions are provided in English and Lao language. In the event of any inconsistencies or ambiguities with any language or word used, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
